Ambassador Terms Of Service

Welcome to the Forge Ambassador Program! We are excited to collaborate with influencers to share our products with their audience. By participating in our influencer gifting program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Influencer Gifting Program

Forge partners with BarterAI, an influencer marketing agency, to connect with content creators and provide them with free products in exchange for social media content.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our gifting program, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).

- Have a public social media account with an engaged audience.

- Agree to post about the gifted product within **14 days** of receiving it.

3. Posting Requirements

By accepting a free product from Forge, you agree to:

- Share a high-quality post (photo, video, or story) on your agreed-upon social media platform(s).

- Tag @theforgewallet and use the designated hashtags provided.

- Clearly disclose that the product was gifted (e.g., #Gifted, #Sponsored, or as per FTC guidelines).

- Ensure that the content aligns with Forge’s brand values.

4. Product Delivery & Tracking

Once you accept a product, we will provide a tracking number. Your 14-day posting commitment starts from the date the package is marked as delivered. Failure to post within this timeframe may impact your eligibility for future collaborations.

5. Content Usage Rights

By participating, you grant Forge and BarterAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, and repost your content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and website features.

6. No Monetary Compensation

This collaboration is based on product gifting and does not include monetary compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Failure to Post & Compensation

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, by accepting a gifted product, you commit to creating and posting content within the agreed-upon timeframe. If you fail to post within 14 days of delivery without prior communication and approval, Forge reserves the right to request compensation for the retail value of the product or limit future collaborations.

8. Termination & Violations

Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the gifting program. Forge and BarterAI reserve the right to refuse future collaborations at their discretion.
